Riley Cochran is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor with over a decade of experience treating high-risk, trauma-impacted, and system-involved youth and families across residential, outpatient, and community-based settings. As Executive Director of Resolute Counseling Center in Colorado, he leads a multidisciplinary team specializing in adolescent mental health, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. Riley’s clinical work centers on the intersection of trauma, attachment, and behavior—developing evidence-based, field-tested treatment models that strengthen engagement, improve treatment retention, and reduce high-risk behaviors in youth navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
