Alyssabeth ‘Alyssa’ Burnett earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Substance Use Disorders from Colorado Christian University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She has been working with clients in the Denver metro area since 2021. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she focuses her clinical work in complex trauma and grief, chronic illness and pain, as well as couples therapy. She is trained and primarily works with Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, PACT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems. Her clinical interests are informed by both professional training and lived experience.
