Dr. Krystyne Mendoza is a full-time counselor educator and director of the online CMHC program at Marquette University in the College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Mendoza is a licensed professional counselor and registered play therapist supervisor with 10 years of teaching experience and almost 8 years of clinical experience. Dr. Mendoza has published and presented at State, Regional, and National Counseling Conferences on a variety of topics. She serves on two editorial boards for the Journal of Child and Adolescent Counseling and for the International Journal of Play Therapy. Dr. Mendoza specializes in early childhood trauma and neurodivergence in children and teens and maintains a supervision and professional counseling practice in Louisville, Colorado.
