Eric Gibbs is the Director of Business Development at Peak View Behavioral Health, Colorado’s largest standalone inpatient psychiatric hospital serving adolescents and adults. With over 15 years in behavioral health, Eric is passionate about increasing access to care, reducing barriers, and advancing trauma-informed, person-centered treatment. He brings extensive experience in driving growth and implementing innovative strategies across the full continuum of care, including IOP, PHP, and outpatient services for mental health, substance use, and dual diagnosis. Eric serves on the board of Pikes Peak Suicide Prevention and actively collaborates across systems to advance education, reduce stigma, and strengthen community impact. His work focuses on building strategic partnerships, delivering trainings, and fostering environments that support sustainable, compassionate care.
