  • Lila Galustian LMFT

    Lila Galustian, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience in individual therapy, group facilitation, and professional training. She specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a clinical focus on development, personality disorders, hyperactivity, and anxiety. Lila works with diverse populations and is known for her structured, compassionate, and results-oriented approach to mental health care. Her clinical work emphasizes emotional regulation, impulse control, mood instability, and complex relational dynamics across developmental stages. In addition to her clinical practice, Lila designs and leads psychoeducational groups, workshops, and trainings for clinicians, organizations, and community programs. Her work integrates evidence-based interventions with practical, skills-based strategies and culturally responsive care. Lila is passionate about expanding access to mental health services and frequently collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support.
