Dave Ross is a licensed clinical social worker and healthcare executive with more than 18 years of experience in behavioral health, crisis services, and clinical operations. He currently serves as Executive Director of Pasadena Villa Outpatient – Grand Rapids, where he provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programming.

Throughout his career, Dave has led multidisciplinary teams across outpatient, crisis residential, and high-acuity behavioral health settings. His experience includes level-of-care assessment, psychiatric preadmission screening, suicide-risk assessment, program development, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and strengthening coordination across the behavioral health continuum.

Dave is passionate about expanding access to effective mental health treatment and helping clinicians, clients, and families better understand when a higher level of care may be needed. He regularly provides professional and community education on clinical care models, crisis services, and continuum-of-care coordination.

Dave earned his Master of Social Work from Michigan State University and his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Saint Leo University. He also holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology from Grand Valley State University.
